At Finesse we support our clients to look and feel their best whether this is a change in their appearance or improving how they feel in their daily lives. A wellness consultation explores areas of concern you have with your general wellbeing and looks at whether your concerns may be improved with supplementation of additional nutrients to support your overall wellness.

Highly beneficial in regulating mood and commonly linked to lack of sun exposure, Vitamin D studies have shown to improve wellness in a variety of areas including hair loss, frequent viral illness, muscles and joint pain, fatigue, excessive sweating, and low mood.

Biotin supplements are most used to support hair growth, hair strengthening, and to aid in preventing hair loss. A form of Vitamin B, Biotin has also been linked to improvements in acne, eczema, increasing metabolism, and improving anil health.

Vitamin B12 can be of benefit to those generally lacking energy whilst improving sleeping patterns and making you feel generally brighter. Due to absorption and dietary intake, Vitamin B12 can be a great supplement for those with gastric or inflammatory bowel disorders, and those with a long standing vegetarian/vegan diet.
